Daily Swim Set - 10/13/15

This was my first attempt at a USRPT style swim set. I am experimenting with this training style for the next few months.


300 swim

200 kick - alternate front and back

20x75 free on 1:10, hold <52sec

100 easy cool down

total: 2100


I made 15 of the 75s before missing a send off, then missed #19 and 20.
