  • Discount on single sport clinics, fitting, and consulting

  • Recommended that the athlete have a power meter and heart rate monitor, and GPS

  • Additional set-up fee $50

Quarterly - $250

  • For those athletes looking for structure in their training, but who desire less guidance than a fully coached plan
  • Similar to the Advanced level program, but plan is delivered on a quarterly basis
